Notification No. 35 /2005-Central Excise (NT)

G.S.R.              (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.24/2005-Central Excise (NT), G.S.R. 304 (E) dated 13^th May, 2005, namely:-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

F.No.390/10/2005-JC(BMB) Central Excise

Note:  The principal notification No 24/2005-Central Excise (NT) dated the 13^th May, 2005, was published vide number G.S.R. 304(E), dated the13^th May, 2005 and subsequently amended by Notification No. 29/2005 Central Excise(NT), dated the 8^th June,2005 vide number G.S.R. 380(E), dated the 8^th June, 2005.
